This ring has 2 gold balls inside the band sizing it to 7. This increases the gold gram weight and value accordingly. They are easily removed or increased by a jeweler to change sizes.
They are called 'speed bumps'.
 These balls also aid in keeping the ring from spinning around. The hallmark inside the band reads "Tiffany & Co". Part of the hallmark is obscured by the gold balls but Tiffany & the ct. wt. is quite clear, better than in photos.
